ORDER OF THE PHEONIX
The Order of the Phoenix was a secret society originally founded by Albus Dumbledore to oppose Lord Voldemort and his Death Eaters. The original Order was created sometime in the 1970s, after Voldemort returned to England from abroad and started his campaign to take over the Ministry of Magic and persecute Muggle-borns. The Order worked with the Ministry to oppose the Dark Lord and his followers, and played a crucial role in the First Wizarding War. Victory came in 1981 at the cost of many of their members.
The Order disbanded, but was reconvened in 1995 after Harry Potter informed Dumbledore of Lord Voldemort's return. The Ministry refused to admit that the Dark Lord had returned, thus the Order alone worked to protect Harry Potter and the prophecy concerning him and Voldemort in the Department of Mysteries. After a battle occurred there in 1996 between the Order and the Death Eaters, the Ministry admitted the truth. However, the next year would see the Order losing their leader and the Ministry being conquered by Voldemort. The Order remained an underground resistance, trying to protect Muggles and broadcast the truth during the worst days of the Second Wizarding War. They answered the call to arms by Dumbledore's Army on 2 May, 1998, fighting Voldemort and his Death Eaters for the final time at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. The Battle of Hogwarts ended with Voldemort's death and a decisive victory for the Order and their allies.
After Dumbloedore's death and the defeat of Voldemort, Harry Potter took control of the Order and its numbers grew tremendously. However, when talk of a new dark wizard arose most immediately dropped back out from fear they would be targeted due to their alliance. Harry has been looking for determined and trustworthy wizards and witches over the age of twenty-one to help fight against this new power.
ORDER OF THE SILVER DAGGER
The Order of the Silver Dagger originated centuries back in the late seventeen hundreds when the was a small thirst for wizard purity grumbling through the magical community. It was a simple committee that had its foundation set on providing protection services for muggleborns and married wizard-muggle couples. The Order was shut down by the ministry for the deaths of several innocent wizards and witches. During the first Wizarding War, the Order attempted to reestablish but had little support.
When the rumors of the rise of a new dark wizard made its way around the community, several wizards and witches, primarily composed of muggleborns, decided to take a stand and the Order reconvened with plans to expose magic and put muggles on equal footing with wizards. They have been searching for any willing wizard and witches to join them by fighting, attempting exposure, or spying on bother the Order of the Phoenix and the Dark Souls.
DARK SOULS
The Death Eaters (originally the Knights of Walpurgis[1]) was the name given to followers of Lord Voldemort. The group primarily consisted of wizards and witches who were radical pure blood supremacists, and who practised the Dark Arts with reckless abandon and without regard or fear of wizarding law. Lord Voldemort used this select group of wizards and witches during both the First and Second Wizarding Wars, employing them as his elite force. They often wore black hoods and masks with snake-like eye slits to cover their faces. Only the members of the inner circle of the Death Eaters had Dark Marks burned into their left forearms. When Voldemort touched one of them, each of the Death Eaters felt it, signalling for them to Apparate to their leader's side. Voldemort fell in 1998 and their marks turned to scars.
Several years after the Voldemort's demise, the scars on previous death eaters began to change and return to their original mark. Many believed Voldemort had somehow managed to be resurrected or reincarnated, but soon found that a new wizard was trying to bring back the fight for purity in the wizarding race, this time as the Dark Souls. Several former death eaters were beginning to conveniently disappear again and several had even managed to somehow escape from azkaban. Their numbers gradually grow in size, though their leader continues to remain unnamed although it is said that there is possibly spies among them as well as their own among the two Orders.
